- Your submission does not contain political, sexual, or inappropriate language.
- Your submission is original or properly attributed to the author.
- Your submission does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
2.2. Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to remove or reject any submissions that:
- Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
- Include explicit, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Violate any applicable laws or these Terms.
2.3. Ownership: By submitting content, you grant Words That Matter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your submission in connection with the App.
3. Subscription and Payments
3.1. In-App Purchases: Words That Matter offers in-app purchases and subscription plans managed by RevenueCat. Please refer to the App Store policies for payment terms.
3.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
4. User Conduct
4.1. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.
4.2. Words That Matter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services:
• Make.com for workflow automation.
• Google Firebase for secure data storage and analytics.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. RKC Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to the Terms
9.1. RKC Services LLC may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
